What's in a Name?
Enough to keep local officials in ALIABAD, Azerbaijan from issuing a birth certificate for little Ilya Eyvazov. Why won't they? Because "Ilya" is Russian for "Elijah" and is considered a Christian name in 96% Muslim Azerbaijan, which is on the northern border of Iran.
