Now where did that comment happen, on a trip? One time when I was a little girl, we were on a trip and out of the blue I said that I smelled watermelon. Evidently I was not only hungry, but hungry for watermelon. Mother recalled that to me while I was staying with her. I think anonymous is Marian......am I right?
This was during our jaunt to Lake Oconee on Veteran's Day. Drew had been speculating as to how far from home we were ("At least 5 miles") so I was expecting something like "How far from that park are we?" Apparently the boy had food on his mind!
